The 2010 grid so far

21 December 2009 No Comment

Formula One World ChampionshipAs Christmas fast approaches, there are seven remaining seats left to be filled on the 2010 grid, the biggest being that one available place at the Mercedes Grand Prix team where, if all the speculation proves to be correct, Michael Schumacher will finally end up in the New Year.

However, Schumacher and Mercedes aside, there are still six further seats up for grabs, one at Renault, one at Sauber, one at Toro Rosso and one at Campos racing while there are still two at USF1.

Many names have surfaced in regard to these positions such as Pedro de la Rosa at Campos, Russian driver Vitaly Petrov at Sauber and even a return by Jacques Villeneuve, just to name a few.

As to who will make the final cut, well, at this stage it is anybody’s guess so all we can do is sit back and wait to see what unfolds in the coming weeks….
